Our flare pants come in two lengths for our child sizes and fit adults 5'7 in height. going by the size chart if inseam seems too short but size fits well in waist, choose Tall.
Pant Inseams 4= 18” 5=19.25” 6=20.5” 7= 21.75” 8= 23” 10= 24.5” 12= 25.75” 11=27”. 13=28.25” 15= 29.5” 17= 30.75”
Add 2.5-3 inches more in length for our Tall length.
